antiques, an international collection of museum-quality artworks and
draperies from Harry Zarin's of New York, the historic Elkhorn Inn's

Dinners at the Inn - from $40-$45/per person
Dinners include entree with fresh vegetables, salad, bread, desert, soft
drink, desert, and coffee or tea. Entrees can include: Herb-Stuffed Cornish
Game Hen, Almond-Crusted Trout or Catfish, Poached Salmon,, Pork Chop
with Brandy-Mustard Sauce, Ghana Chicken-Peanut Stew, Dan's
Secret-Spice-Rubbed Ribs, Pasta... Prime Rib is $45/per person. The Inn is
eatured in the newest "Great Country Inns of America" Cookbook. Chef Dan
has been showcased cooking on "Good Morning West Virginia", and his
Oregano-Stuffed Roast Turkey received First Prize from Park Seed Co.
15% Gratuity and 6% WV sales tax additional;
